Requirements for Proof of Residency

You must provide at least two forms of proof of residency.

You must provide:

A) A valid Louisiana Driver's License or a valid Louisiana pictured identification card with your current address: and

B) A current utility bill showing your address.

Any substitutions for these proofs of residency or any additional required proof of residency shall be at the discretion of Recreation District One.
